Hi Everyone, 

I am having difficulty of finding the physical file taking up space in my storage. The file that taking space is classified as 

          Type:  Video/Mp4 

           Component: core_h5p

          File area: content

This file has been deleted by the teacher who uploads it. But the problem is, it still in the storage monitoring listed as file that occupies space. Can anyone help me find and remove it?

Did you enable the "Recycle bin"? If so, How long a deleted item remains in the recycle bin?

Hi Sir William, yes the recycle bin is turned on. But I cannot figured out where the file is. I cannot see also the content of the recycle bin. According to the teacher who uploads it, its has been deleted a month ago. I tried also finding the file in the h5p repositories hoping that the file is there, but there's none. I already set the item lifetime and course lifetime in the recycle bin to 1 day. 

By the way, I am not really sure if the file resides in the recycle bin.
