Most plartform offer nowadays the possibility to create chatbots. This way, teachers and students can have a first level of answer 24/24 without having to dig into a mass of documents.
These QnA chatbots learn to answer by consulting some documentation (usually, a word like document, with a hierarchy of topics).
Is there a project to make this kind of documentation collaborative and universally available for schools?
