Video vimeo Embedly cdn in frame scorm not loading

We have a course with a scorm, the content of this scorm have an embedded video vimeo in a iframe with a cdn link. 

In the desktop and mobile browser it works correctly, but when we open the scorm in the mobile application we see an error where the video should be. 

Message: web page not available

The webpage could not be loaded at the address:

App Moodle Workplace, version moodle 3.9

The scorm was created using the Articulate Rise application.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Your problem, as described, does not connect with Vimeo, but rather seems to be a SCORM issue. The web page that could not be loaded refers to "file://", which might be pointing to a physical hard disk instead of a file on your website. This could be internal to your SCORM component. Having said this, I don't do SCORM so this is about all that I can say. There are others here on Moodle.org who should be able to help with other ideas. I just wanted to give you my quick observation.
