I was able to find the duplicate record in the customcert_issues table to resolve the task error I was receiving. However now when I run the task again to confirm that the certificate email is working nothing is happening and I am getting no type of error at all. I am wondering if it is because this table is too large and it is trying to send all of the backlogged emails? There are over 29,000 rows in this table with 9,351 records marked as 'Emailed'. Can I clear out this table without causing issues to start from scratch? Not sure how this table relates to other tables or stores certificates if at all.
