Import function Moodle 3.9.2 not working in xampp/bitnami

For test purpose I have installed Moodle 3.9.2 with the Bitnami function of XAMPP. It's working fine. I tried to import a backup file from Moodle 3.2 but the import screen keeps loading. I cannot upload a backup file.

Can I get around this problem by manually placing a backup file somewhere? Or is it possible to fix this problem? I would like to test whether the backup works for upgrade purposes from Moodle 3.2 to Moodle 3.9.

Don't know how but I turned on the debug function and now it's working. Problem solved.
