Moodle is not working at all

I had trouble logging on earlier in the week, it gave an error message. Managed to get on around Friday, but it has been down again since Friday eve/Saturday morning. It's now Sunday night and still no luck.


Error in OpenID Connect. Please check logs for more information. 

error/auth oidc/erroroidcall 


My entire class can't access it, and we need to access some work on there for assignments due in soon. Please help.

This is not the Moodle associated with your organisation. You need to contact whoever supports your installation of Moodle.

Sorry, I'm new to this and don't understand. I use Moodle as part of our college's online system to access assignments and emails, Microsoft 365 etc. 

Who would I need to contact about why it isn't working?

Most colleges have someone in charge of their "Information Technology" group. Contact this person. If that fails, contact your college's President's Office. It's okay to "demand" some help from them.

Your Moodle is not this Moodle. The people here are on their own Moodles all around the world. I am in the UK, Rick Jerz is somewhere in the USA. Today I will work on an instance of Moodle on a computer in my own house that is not linked to any other installs around the world. Good luck with sorting your problem and if your admin people need technical help, this is a great place to ask questions.

I dont know what to do or how to fix it :/

Hello Eric. I notice that you are in Germany and I understand that the people hosting Moodle in Bavaria (where I believe you are)  Mebis  (not connected to the people who make the Moodle software) are having problems at the moment. Hopefully they will resolve it soon.
