(part of) moodle server1 --> server2

While reading this thread I thought to give it a try in case somewhere in the future I will migrate ...
Suppose I want to transport course1 on server1 into another Moodle on server2.
As admin I have put lots of images posts in forums with the great HTML-editor (different from attachments).
Knowing the problem I will encounter if I use absolute URL's in the "picture post" , so instead of using something like
http://www.server1.com/moodle/file.php/5/testwisform/php.gif  (*)
I use a relative one like
../../file.php/5/testwisform/php.gif
in the HTML-editor, otherwise the Moodle on server2 will read images on server1, and what if server1 doesn't exits anymore ... Thought to solved that with relative URL's. So far so good ! Seems ahead management thinking smile.
Using the backup (server1) - restore(server2) module, worked fine, the "new" forum image (*) points to
http://www.server2.com/moodle/file.php/5/testwisform/php.gif
but the file php.gif isn't where it should be that is in
path_to/moodledata/5/testwisform/php.gif
It was in :
path_to/moodledata/9/testwisform/php.gif
???
Before restoring the course1 to server2 there was already a path_to/moodledata/5/ dir on server2. (My webserver has -rwx permissions on moodledata.)
Kind of a problem ?
Of course I can alter the 5 into 9 in the database but this isn't the normal procedure, is it ?
Am I doing something wrong ?

Thanks for reading moodlers, please skip the language errors ...
