We are using Moodle 3.9.1 (Build: 20200713) with maria DB. we have seperated servers for Apache and and Maria DB. Yesterday we had assignment upload for about 250 students. Once submission time ends all the MS word and pdf files were there when checking from teacher's account. but from students view they are seeing as they have not submitted. They have received email from moodle saying that their submission is successfully submitted.
We are using Turnitin plagiarism tool too. Cron runs 2 time in a hour, and I didn't observe any error in the cron output.
Do we need to change any specific settings related to assignments? or any other issue?
