Thanks for your reply. As site admin, I can filter the user tours to categories, courses and roles.
I want that the category managers have access to create and edit the user tours in the courses in their own categories.
My path to the user tours is admin/tool/usertours/configure.php
A category manager has no access to that url. My question is then: After I have given category manager capability to make user tours: How does the category manager find the tool, as he has no access to admin area?
