Hello, 

I have limited the Enrolment duration (1 Day). However, users should be allowed to repeat their Enrolment and return to the course. 

The Problem: Users who previously had enrolled to the course have no option to enroll again ("Enrolment deactivated or inactive"). 

How can Users who previously enrolled be allowed to enroll again?

I'm just a beginner
I have seen in my moodle
I'm assuming that your users using Self enrolment method to enroll in the course

System administration--> plugins--> Enrollment methods--> self enrollment
after the enrollment date expires what are you doing with the student
If you use unenrol user from course 
This might will solve your problem

Can you give a bigger picture of what you are trying to achieve here? Why would you want them to reenroll if they have already completed the course?
