We have been encountering problems with our upcoming examination this Sunday. We had orientation last Friday and we also do a mock examination with a safe exam browser.
1. macOS Catalina user - he downloaded the SEB, he also do the configuration. When he was clicking the "start attempt" nothing is happening. How do we go about it?
2. Windows 7 user - another examinee is using windows 7, successfully downloaded and installed the SEB, but when he was about to install the configuration, again nothing is happening and cannot proceed with the exam.
