I would like to have every question displayed with the student name in the first line of the Quiz text. Is it possible?

Yes. Ask your site administrator to install the filter "FilterCodes" by Michael Milette ↗. It's a very useful and well-maintained filter, so your site administrator shouldn't hesitate to install it.
