Hopefully someone can help me with this, we have launched a new course programme today running version 3.7 and paid-for premium theme. However, we have had 2 students from the group with issues of their accounts/profiles.
The accounts have all been manually created from admin, the issue is that as some of them jump from one lesson to the next their profile name changes as well as their progress history. It's as if its jumping between accounts of other learner, for example we have a learner named L. Tang and is changing to other learners account randomly such as Dean or Paul on our system.
I cant understand how this is even possible? Some sort of cache issue or a major security issue? The students are running these on microsoft edge.
Could some please help asap.
