I work in a university and take the responsibility of installing a moodle server, in version 3.3.5+, at the time of registering the site I fill in the mandatory and optional data when they are all with the corresponding information I give you register in moodle.net, and it takes me to the moodle.org page, I verify the address, email and I accept the privacy notice and the data processing agreement, and it generates the following error
