I suppose that is a workable idea. But it seems like Moodle, just by itself: is complicated enough to use, and uses enough resources.
People run into difficulty all the time - just with Moodle. And it can be difficult enough to find somebody who can figure out the difficult problems. Two applications trying to interact with each other is going to make it about 10X as difficult.
It just seems like a huge price to pay.
