So, I have had to step away from the family business at the beginning of this year, an now they are asking me for help.
The issue I am told is that the student is able to go in and pay for the course through the paypal plug in, but they are not getting enrolled.
I am not sure where to start to help fix this.
I have checked at paypal and the IPN is not showing any errors.
They are running Moodle 2.6.11+

They tell me the problem started about a month ago, they have been enrolling the students manually since. It was working before that.
I am not sure why they are still running that version. My guess is it has not given any issues till now.
The enrollment process is the student creates an account and then purchases the course they want to take though the Paypal plug in.
