This has happened to me a few times.
It is (for me) usually casued by a syntax error in a stylesheet.
Have you made any CSS or SCSS changes? Make sure that the syntax' are correct, and that you use a semi-colon after each statement.

I haven't made any changes. Mine is moodle cloud i don't have such rights

Custom CSS is possible in MoodleCloud: Site administration -> Appearence -> Themes -> Your current theme
If you have any custom CSS then put it here, then we can see if there might be a syntax error in it.
As custom CSS from that place would be theme-specific, you can try to switch to a different theme, and see if the graphics return. If they do, then the error is in the theme somewhere. If it doesn't, then the error is somewhere else.

When i look at your site, it seems to be running the 'Classic' theme.
So you should be able to input custom CSS at https://willow-schools.moodle.school/admin/settings.php?section=themesettingclassic#theme_classic_advanced
I would still recommend you to first try and switch to another theme at https://willow-schools.moodle.school/theme/index.php so we can see if the problem is with the specific theme or more general.

Let me say I have tried changing the theme but it didn't work
