Thanks for your response, however your solution doesn't address my concern. I understand that it's possible to set up a course to display a topic's full details on a page with no other topics on that page. The problem is you still have the course's home page (content area) with the title of every section in the course. There's already a Navigation (Table of Contents) on the side with the list of sections/topics, which is good. But, I need to be able have the Navigation on the side and to not display the sections/topics in the content area of the home page of the Course. I only want to access each section by using the Navigation. Please see the marked example of what I'm suggesting in the image below:
