we are using moodle 3.9 and our authentication method id OPenID. We integrated the MS Team throught O365 and our students are used to click on OpenID Connect button to login the Moodle but some of the students are facing the following error.
The existing token for this user does not contain a valid user ID. Please contact your administrator.
please help me how to remove the error.
