QUIZ ATTEMPT NOT SHOWING

I am trying to delete all attempts on a quiz to be able to make edits to the quiz - 


I cleared all attempts but the system is still showing there is 1 attempt but it doesn't display in the reports screen so then I can't edit this quiz.  Please see screen shots.  Thank you!


I don't want to just create another quiz because I have some login scripts pointing to this specific quiz (it is free trial for our site)


How can I delete this 1 "ghost" attempt?

At the top of that report, where it says "Attempts from". Try selecting "All attempts".

Not sure why but another admin was able to delete this rogue attempt.  


Possible solution if somebody else have this problem is to check from another user who have admin priveleges.
