Course Recompletion included students not currently enrolled

As I am setting up the course recompletion on more courses, I have found that notifications are being sent to students who are no longer enrolled to the course or have been suspended on our Moodle site.

Is there a way to limit the notification to only currently enrolled students?

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you, but I was actually pleased to read your post since I actually WANT this behaviour. In my case, I want to unenrol students when they are done so that the course doesn't appear on their My Courses list. Then I want to remind them a year later to take it again. Very cool.

If I find an answer for you while testing it out, I'll come back and let you know.
