Good morning everyone!
Our Moodle (A) is connected to another Moodle platform (B) and we share information from A to B via the External Tool resource.
"B" has notified us that they are seeing personal data from the students that take the course in "A", while in our system "B" students are encrypted.
Is this normal and we can be sure that only those with manager/teaching roles can access said personal data or, on the other hand, personal data should not be shared at all between A and B?
It seems they also had some issues with the grades at some point, so may it be related to a wrong setting that we have overlooked?
