Pardon me for jumping in. I don't know much about renderers but I did discover this:
I loaded Interactive Content - H5P plugin, called a custom CSS file from inside H5P.css and could modify the custom CSS and immediately go to a refresh and see it, with Designer Mode turned off.
Given Designer Mode is woefully slow , is there something in this rendering stuff that might be a better way to do Designer Mode.
My assumption would be one could edit CSS to their hearts content and then copy that CSS to the proper place.
