Configurable reports block (plugin)

Hi,

I would like to count on the help of the most experienced here.

I need a query that generates the time spent by each student on each question along with the IP.

The header would have the following information: "Student Name", "Question", "Time spent" and "IP".

Would this query be very complicated?
