Troubles with Oauth2 API Tokens after reinstalling app for Teams

After upgrading to new version of Microsoft Office 365 Integration plugin i decided to make new app for Teams and register it in Azure. All gone ok except one thing: SSO stop working (((. When i sync users with Azure AD i got message
local_o365\oauth2\token::get_for_new_resource: Problem encountered getting a new token. Data: Array ( [tokenresult] => Array ( [error] => unauthorized_client [error_description] => AADSTS700016: Application with identifier '7b1d5e5f-0188-4841-803b-5b24091ed728' was not found in the directory 'c9691638..........

and strange thing: identifier belongs to my previous app version for Teams. Because of that API fails. I checked twice all possible fields in o365 and openID plugins but didn`t find where previous identifier hides. All fields is up to date for my current app. Same for AzureAD. Any solutions?
