Not Yet Compotent

Hi All,

I am working on the competencies. I want student that complete activities to be automatically assigned as 'competent'.

But... as you can see below, it says: 'not yet cometent'. I have adjusted everything and set the competencies to: 'End the competency' when activity was completed.

How can I make it so that student automatically will be competent?

Two set-up steps to review:
1. For each Competency, the Configure Scale must set the Competency value as the default.
2. The course activity that awards the competency, the Upon activity completion condition = Complete the competency.

I just noticed that your competencies are not linked to a learning plan.
Competency that are related to courses, also need to be linked to a Learning Plan Template.
Learning Plan templates are linked to a student, which becomes the student's Learning Plan.

Hi Shirley,

Thank for your response. The problem was the 'default' status. 
It is fixed now, and it seems like people automatically get competencies.

Just one question, these two-steps applies for a single quiz activity?
I'm trying to relate quizzes results to competencies, but I can't achieve it.

Competencies are linked to a course activity, in your use case a quiz. They cannot be linked to an individual quiz question or set of questions within a quiz.
Competencies are linked to learning plan templates.
Learning plan templates are linked to students.

The two steps I described above is for all competencies.
