So my University uses Moodle to deliver courses this semester. Recently, videos that are hosted on the Moodle site do not load with the following error message:
It seems your browser is blocking 3rd party session cookies which are required for the Kaltura application. To resolve this issue, please update your settings to allow 3rd party cookies.
This issue is replicated across multiple devices, both iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Safari seems to be the main issue but Chrome for mobile also presents this error message. The only time I can load the video is through desktop Chrome on Mac. It also does not load because of session cookies on the iOS app.
Is there a fix for this in the works?
