Goal: We have an instructor who would like to have a block display at the top of the center column.
Currently, the Boost theme only allows for blocks to be docked in the right side. Yet, when the screen is narrowed, the block moves to the bottom of the center column. There is no way with weights or dragging (as far as I can tell) to move it to the top. I found an old hack in the forum for 2.x but it no longer seems to work.
