I am using Moodle 3.5 and I received complaints from teachers that they cannot see inactive users in the participants' list and in the assignment submissions.
I tried a few things but nothing worked this far.
After some digging I found that there is an option in the Grader report preferences to choose if you want to see "Show only active enrolments" but when I use one of our teacher accounts and go to change it to "No" I cannot see it.
I can see it with my admin account but not with the teacher's account.
I also checked the role permissions but everything is selected as it should be.
Does anyone know how I can make the "Show only active enrolments" option visible in the teacher's account?
Is it a setting or permission that I am missing?
I will also attach screenshots of what the teacher and admin see.
