Sorry to hear about the difficulties you've had in paying for your MoodleCloud site.
I've had a look in our logs and can't see anything that would indicate why your payment would not go through. What I would suggest is trying again with the same card in the event that the payment processor was having difficulties at the time you attempted payment, otherwise please try with another payment card or PayPal if that's an option to you.
