Payment and creating site issues

Hi,

We are trying to get set up on MoodleCloud but we are having issues with the payment.

Payment gateway error!!

We do not seem to be having a very quick response from support either

Could anyone please advise,

Hi Stephen,

Sorry to hear about the difficulties you've had in paying for your MoodleCloud site.

I've had a look in our logs and can't see anything that would indicate why your payment would not go through. What I would suggest is trying again with the same card in the event that the payment processor was having difficulties at the time you attempted payment, otherwise please try with another payment card or PayPal if that's an option to you.

Thank you for your reply.

I have just tried again and got the same response. We have tried a few times now, paypal and different cards.

I got the following response.

'Our payment gateway took too long to answer, please wait a few seconds and try again. Our team has been notified of this issue.'

We are desperate to get this up and running so any help would be gratefully received.
