Helen and Mary,
I notice that there are more and more questions appearing in the general forums these days for features specific to Moodle Workplace. Since very few people in the community at large will have an experience with Workplace, mostly these go unanswered.
And even for those of us who do work with Workplace, since we do that through a partner, and all the question posters also are getting some sort of partner support, answering a public question can be a bit tricky.
I suggest adding a forum for this, similar to the Moodle Cloud forum, so we could at least direct these posters to a place more likely to get some response. And partner support staff will be able to see these as well and respond or direct users to the proper support channels.
