How to use Elite Video Player in Moodle

Hey there

Hope you are fine

I want to use Elite video Player (php script) to show my videos with it in my Moodle website. It has some great features including disable right click and it supports HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) .m3u8 files. 

Is it possible to change the php script to a Moodle plugin? Any other suggestions?
