Hi,
I would like my users to be notified in moodle and by email when a new course appears if it has something in common with their interests / tags etc.
E.g:
- A student is interested in mySQL, database, entrepreneurship, etc.
- There is currently no course on such a thing
- After a while, a course with one or more of the student's interests is created.
- I would like this student to receive an automatic notification about the new course he is interested in

Is there already a solution for this?
