For my graduate course, each grad student is creating a trial MoodleCloud account and setting up a course. I set mine up several weeks ago and encountered no issues. A classmate has had some difficulty setting his up this past week. Here is the message he posted in our class forum:
Has anyone had any problems creating an account? I've been trying to create an account and no verification is ever sent. I've tried daily for the past 7 days. I've used my phone number, my Google Voice number, my wife's number. No luck. I've even tried to setup a pay account so it will send the verification via email instead...no verification is sent. I've emailed Moodle several times and have not gotten a response. I can't be the only one, but if I am...what am I doing wrong?
If someone can help me to help him clear this up, I would really appreciate it.
