can someone help to find the way to customize password reset mail?

i want to add mail footer/signature

Edit your language pack.  Site Administration --> Language --> Language Customisation

Open the language pack.  Click on Moodle.php, search for "password" and click "show strings".

Scroll down nd edit the content of emailpasswordchangeinfo:
