Our client runs Moodle 3.7.2
They use a file repository that has been setup on the DB vm. Their environment is 1 load balancer, 2 app nodes and 1 DB vm.
All their videos (mp4) are loaded to the file repository to use the Mobile app offline advantage that Moodle has.
Videos are linked into activities using the alias link option as shown below. (No external aliases exists).
The course back-up and restore runs successfully.
On the original course, all videos work as expected. On the restored course, some videos (not all) states "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed, or because the format is not supported."
- I can't see a difference between the ones that work and does not work on the restored course, Their alias link is intact and references the correct file. If I copy the source URL and paste in my browser it works.
- Opening and saving the activity resolves it, but they don't want to do this for hundreds of activities on restored courses.
- Any advice?
