Block permissions are not working

Hi all,

I have configured permissions so that a test user who is a student role cannot see the Online users block from the Dashboard.

I can confirm the permissions by

However, when I log in from that account, i can still see the User online block.


Any suggestions on why this is not working, please?

The student role has no effect on the dashboard - you’re “only” a logged in user when viewing the dashboard. Try the same change on the authenticated user role.

Hello, Thanks for responding so quickly. I have done that for the authenticated role. Still not behaving like i would like too. Any other ideas?
