Can't resize text area

For some reason, I can't reasize the text areas anymore, when I try to add some new content or edit old one. I'm running Moodle 3.9.2 and a second installation with the same Moodle version on the same server is not affected.

I think the problem is related to a warning my browser is giving me, but so far, I wasn't able to find out what it is causing it.

Any reports of similar problems are welcome so that I can find out what exactly is causing it, probably a plugin.

It seems that I found the problem. It occurs as soon as you install the new version of the Social Comment block on your system: https://moodle.org/plugins/block_socialcomments . The older version works fine.

Thanks for the hint, the overwriting of an css rule which is used moodle wide was the cause of this behaviour. It is fixed now with the new build .
