Bullet Points not displaying

Good morning folks,

We have an academic who is having trouble with bullet points not displaying on their moodle page. They display fine when in edit mode but don't render when the save and display. 

Has anyone come across this issue? Or knows of a fix? Many thanks.

Which theme are you/they using? If you're not using Boost, switch to Boost and see if it makes a difference.

Good Morning Howard. Thanks for your reply. I did suggest they try that but it didn't seem to make a difference. I appreciate your suggestion though!

Can you show us a screenshot?
Can you use the Chrome Console Inspector to show us the HTML output?
