Well, I tried many options using Softaculous; eventually, I ran out of choices and did a manual installation to avoid using Softaculous. It took a lot longer and you have to follow the steps in the moodle documentation, which is doable but not easy for beginners; now my images are loading.
I will not be using Softaculous in the future.
