1) Images are visible in questions but they are not visible in labels, pages or in the file picker itself. I just get the broken rectangle.
2) PDF files are visible and downloadable from my private files, but broken images will not download. I loaded new images into my private files and they appear broken as soon as they are uploaded.
3) I tried both JPeg and PNG. The result is the same.
Loaded through softaculous.
Corrected all issues on the environment page.
Checked config to see that it points to moodledata
Purged data, turned on debugging but did not get a message.
