General question for Moodle

Hello, 

We are interested on using Moodle to conduct online training for our school . Our school less than 200 students. We have a few questions below to clarify some of the functionalities. We tried using the contact form on the website but its not working. I understand that some of the questions are too general, but please help us answer it so that we can just look into 1 place. Really Appreciate your help on this thanks. 

-If we take the Moodle for School Mini Plan, does it includes Moodle Cloud?
-Is the moodle plan and moodle cloud 2 separate payments?
-If we don't want to install on our server and we want to host it on moodle, does it have extra cost and how much is it?
-If we want to increase the file storage, how do we proceed with that?
-If we want to increase the number of users, but staying on the same plan is that possible or we need to upgrade?
-if we hosted our site on moodle, can we export our students data and also the database?
-if we decided to have self-hosted site, do we still get moodle support? 
-Do you provide free training for us once we subscribed?
-If its a self-hosted or moddle cloud what will be the url format and can it still be customize like www.example.com or learn.example.com?

Payment Gateway Questions
-Can we add a payment gateway where our students can pay for the course via card? We prefer to have visa, mastercard, alipay, paynow and paylah. Let us know which is available and not.
-Can we integrate a custom payment gateway on moodle cloud?
-When they pay will they received invoices and notifications?

Hello. Sorry the website form didn't work for you. Perhaps you can try again, taking a screenshot of the process and then send that in so we can identify where the problem is and resolve it.
In the meantime: MoodleCloud IS the hosting service run by Moodle HQ, the people who make Moodle, so Moodle for School mini-plan is one of those options. If you choose the Moodle for School or any other of the MoodleCloud plans here moodlecloud.com then you don't host anything on your server. If you want later on to host it yourself or move to a different provider then you can get your data and take it with you.
There is free training on the site learn.moodle.org.
Re Payment you can use Paypal with MoodleCloud (Moodle for School) If you host it yourself or use other hosts you can add different payment gateways .
You can't add other gateways or other plugins to MoodleCloud.
