Hi,

you could try using metacourses... We for example have made the following setup to enrol users in multiple courses with one enrolment:

  1. Create a course (let's call it "Package x"). This course can be empty and hidden.
  2. Set up the enrolment method "meta link" in every course you want the users to be enrolled in: https://docs.moodle.org/310/en/Course_meta_link
  3. Enrol the cohorts (or individual users) in the "Package x" course.

All users in the Package x course have automatically access to all courses which are linked by the "meta link" enrolment method.
