Well, your need to manage multiple Moodle account with single admin is not possible as if now. as what i know currently is to manage a single account by multiple admins.
But, if you need to achieve your task you may better drop a request to moodle team regarding the same and if they consider it then may be you will get a solution in near future.
* You can add multiple admin in your Moodle site. To manage site administrators go to
Administration > Site administration > Users > Permissions > Site administrators
Note: There can be only one main administrators.
