SCORM not launching on Moodle Mobile or Desktop from my site

Hello Team,

I am facing issue while launching SCORM on Moodle mobile or desktop application. It is working fine on website. 

I think the issue is with my website only because if I configured my website on moodle mobile app which is installed from play store it does not launch SCORM in that application as well.

SCORM is downloading and unzipping also but after that it shows Blank screen. And the thing is it was previously working fine. The changes we did are related to SSL certificate.

Please Help. It is urgent issue.

but if "All the SCORMs work fine on the normal Moodle site, and on the Android and iOS apps. It’s only the Windows desktop app that doesn’t like them." from that discussion is true it answer your question too !

I have checked the given link.

The issue we are facing is when only that site is configured on Moodle mobile application, but if we configured other websites on same application it is working fine for them. In the both cases we have used same SCORM package.

Is there any possibility of server settings or configurations because website server is not on the cloud and SSL is configured on server.
