Does anyone know answer to this:
"When you use Google document converter in Moodle
1. What it is that happens with these documents once they are passed to Google for the conversion. How exactly is the document passed from Moodle to the Google API? Is the channel used for this transfer secure?
2. To which server are the files upload to? Where is it physically located? (GDPR issues may arise)
As I see it there is no way to contact google directly because they don't have any kind of customer service.
