As the title says, the Password Reset email is not sent for users with manual accounts.
I'm able to recieve emails from moodle just fine. The SMTP settings are fine because, like I said, I can recieve emails from moodle sent from messages or reminders.
I set the permission to allow change own password just in case but no avail.
I can, however, reset the password for the admin user. The email is delivered fine.
EDIT: The emails are NOT delivered to the spam folder. They aren't delivered AT ALL.
