I'm using Moodle version 3.9 and the quiz is misaligned. I've purged cache, change template, but not worked. Can you help ? Thanks!!!
Try with the Boost Theme enabled? If that fixes it, then at least you know the issue lies with the Theme you are using.
I've found the problem. It was a new plugin that was incompatible. Thanks!
