Yesterday I get the answer for my issue. All my infraestructue it's ok, but the problem I had, was my storage with NFS, we change to a local filesystem (I don't have fiber module for my storage), and now it's wotking fine, very fast!.
Now I'm installing a cache server to have better performance than now.
