Hi,
I have recently installed and setup a few custom certificates using the new custom certificate module.
Upon adding the new certificate to an existing course, I had selected "Email students Yes", but it seems that the certificate is being sent to all students, and me ("Others"), even students that completed the course years ago, when I click save.
The Options panel for "Email students, teachers or others" say "..when it becomes available" so one assumes this will only happen when the course has been completed by a user and not for all courses already completed.
Is this default functionality or in fact an error?
Surely all users that already have a certificate should not receive another?
